Our high-end manufacturing programme facilitates the manufacturing of high-quality Hexagonal rods and bars. Our own casting capacities that exceed our flexibility by being able to manufacture a wide range of alloys that help us attain excellent mechanical product properties & ability to manufacture rods, tubes and pipes out of more than 100 different chemical compositions.
Hex Rods and bars are manufactured from billets cast by the company itself and 100% ultrasonic controlled after the homogenization process, providing for the quality of our products when applied in the most demanding industries such as the automotive, aircraft and space industries.

HEX bar applications
Stainless Steel Hex Bar are widely used in mass production of parts due to their excellent mechanical and dimensional properties, with machining characteristics in excess of the hot rolled bar condition. Round, hexagonal and square bars can be produced by cold drawing.
Hexagonal bars, also known as hex bars, are used for nuts, bolts and fasteners in a variety of industries such as; electrical, heating and plumbing and marine. Hex bars are also used in applications where the machining process is assisted through the shape or grade of material.
Alloy Hexagon Bar is a bar with six straight sides and angles. It is used in the mining, specialized bolt and nut, machinery, chemical, shipping and architectural industry.
